"Why do I feel like I'm failing? Where did my confidence go?"
I know I sound like a broken record sometimes when I go on and on about nutrition and such, but since I started eating the way I do now, I no longer get those "down" days. And before I went on the 100% raw diet I continuously was able to connect eating something unhealthy with feeling negative or tired. It's amazing how much being truly healthy does for one's confidence and state of mind even in the face of loss, failed plans or disaster.
Just imagine if your body had so much energy that you were simple exuberant; wouldn't be difficult to be depressed or feel like you were failing?
