I used to use honey, but after accidentally using too much, I decided that I don't need any sugar in any form except raw fruit. It's pretty incredible how much your taste changes when you cut out all refined sugars whatsoever. Grapefruits, tomatoes, carrots and many other things you used to think were bitter become pleasantly sweet and flavourful!
